Dairy Parlour
Since 1950, Lotmead has been a Dairy Farm. You can watch 200 cows being milked every day from 4.00 from a viewing gallery inside the milking parlour.
By arrangement, farm walks can be organised to show what dairy farming is all about.
We believe in feeding a lot of grass to our cows which means that they spend a lot of time in the fields! We acheive this by having an extensive network of cow tracks enabling them to graze even if the weather is wet.
